Wheel Alignment in Newbury Park, CA

Alignment protects your tire investment. We set camber, caster and toe to factory specs so the car tracks straight, handles the way it should and wears its tires evenly.

Signs You Need an Alignment

  • The car pulls to one side on a flat road
  • The steering wheel is off-center when you’re driving straight
  • Tires wearing on the inside or outside edge
  • Squealing tires in normal turns
  • You just hit a pothole or curb hard
  • You just bought new tires

What an Alignment Does

Potholes, curbs and worn parts knock your wheels out of alignment. Misaligned wheels wear tires unevenly, hurt fuel economy and make the car pull. We measure all four wheels on the alignment rack, adjust them back to the manufacturer’s specifications and give you a before-and-after printout.

Steering & Suspension Check

An alignment won’t hold if a tie rod end, ball joint or bushing is worn. Every alignment starts with an inspection of the steering and suspension, and if something has to be replaced first, we show you the part and quote it before we go any further.

  • Four-wheel alignment for cars, trucks, SUVs and vans
  • Steering and suspension inspection
  • Tie rod ends, ball joints and control arms
  • Shocks and struts
  • Alignment after new tires or suspension work

Protect Your New Tires

Buying new tires? Have the alignment checked at the same time — it’s the cheapest insurance for the set you just paid for.

FAQ

Alignment Questions

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The car pulls to one side, the steering wheel sits off-center when you’re driving straight, or the tires are wearing on the inside or outside edge. An alignment is also smart after a hard pothole or curb hit, after new tires, and after steering or suspension repairs.

Should I get an alignment with new tires?

We recommend it. New tires on a misaligned car start wearing unevenly from day one, and an alignment is far cheaper than replacing a set early.

How long does an alignment take?

Usually about an hour once the car is on the rack. If we find a worn part that has to be replaced before the alignment will hold, we’ll show you and quote it first.

Do you align trucks and SUVs?

Yes — cars, trucks, SUVs and vans, including lifted and all-wheel-drive vehicles.
